WARNING NOTICE AND CEASE AND DESIST ORDER
It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that HORIZON EXPLORATIONS LTD., an international business company incorporated in Belize with its registered office at 76 Dean Street, Belize City, Belize, is holding itself out as trading in securities without a licence from the IFSC. This is an offence under the laws of Belize.
Horizon Explorations Ltd, is therefore ordered to cease and desist from carrying out these activities forthwith.
All persons concerned are asked to take note and exercise extreme caution.
