The FSC (the Commission) is committed to the global effort to combat cross-border Securities Fraud and protect the integrity of capital markets from abuse as a result of financial crime. The Commission is a member of several international regulatory organizations/bodies including OECD, FATF, IMF.
We adopt and follow the standards of best practices issues from international standard setters of which Belize is not a member to remain competitive as well as to ensure sound regulatory practices.
