Warning notices includes warnings made on persons, whether these are individuals or companies, to alert the public and the financial services sector that, where such person offer financial services as defined in the Financial Services Commission Act, No. 8 of 2023 (the “FSC Act”) and/or the Securities Industry Act, 2021 (SIA) from the address listed, may be operating in breach of the FSC Act and/or SIA, and any other applicable Laws of Belize.
