It is hereby notified for general information that on 27th November 2019, the Caribbean Financial Action Taskforce (CFATF) issued a public statement on Sint Maarten to which it has not made sufficient progress in addressing its AML/CFT deficiencies.
The attention of all licensees of the Commission is called to the CFATF Public Statement – November 2019.
