WARNING NOTICE
It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that an entity called LAKEWOOD TRADING LTD, purporting to operate from an address in Belize, namely, 16 Fort Street, Belize City, is trading in securities and offering to provide services in mutual funds, options, insurance and annuities. This entity is not licensed by the International Financial Services Commission or any other competent authority in Belize to engage in securities trading or any other international financial services in or from Belize. The representations made on their website, www.lakewoodtrade.com/aboutus.php, to that effect are false and fraudulent.
All persons concerned are asked to take note and exercise caution.
