WARNING NOTICE AND CEASE AND DESIST ORDER

It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize that GRIFFIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED of 1274 Sundial Avenue, Coral Grove, Belize City, is holding itself out as providing international financial services.   This entity is not licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize to engage in any of these activities and the representation made on its website www.griffinmanagement.netthat it is licensed to form and manage international business companies and other offshore entities is false and fraudulent.

GRIFFIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is therefore directed to cease and desist from carrying on the said activities as such unlicensed activities constitute an offence under the law.

All persons concerned are asked to take note and exercise caution.
