FRAUD WARNING NOTICE
It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that an entity calling itself ‘Goldexpay Corp.’ or ‘Goldexpay.com’, purporting to be operating from an address in Belize City, Belize, C. A., is falsely and fraudulently representing that it is incorporated in Belize as an international business company and is offering trading in foreign exchange and various other international financial services without a licence from the IFSC.
No such company exists in our records and no such entity is licensed by the IFSC to provide any of the said services. The Certificate of Incorporation No. 72105 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by the Deputy Registrar of International Business Companies of Belize is a complete forgery.
All persons concerned are asked to take note and exercise extreme caution. Any person having any information about the fraudsters behind this entity is requested to contact the IFSC immediately.
