Disciplinary Proceedings

If the Commission finds that an FS Practitioner has contravened any Act or regulations, the Commission may impose any one or more of the following punishments:

• severe reprimand;
• suspension of the licence of the FS Practitioner for a period not exceeding six months;
• revocation of licence; and
• a fine no greater than one hundred thousand dollars.

The sanctions mentioned above are without prejudice to the penalties that may be imposed by any other law where the conduct involved is also a criminal offence.
