The public is hereby advised that the ‘Certificate of Refund’ presently being circulated is a complete forgery. The International Financial Services Commission (IFSC) has not issued this Certificate of Refund as it does not have any guarantee scheme in place. Therefore, the information to that effect is inaccurate and misleading. The public is asked to report any such certificate to the IFSC immediately.

All persons concerned are warned to take note and exercise extreme caution.
