1. Best practices for investing,
2. Insights on Municipal Securities, and
3. Securities that are regulated under the Securities Industry Act.

Background

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) was further entrusted with the mandate of the administration of the Securities Industry Act. The FSC’s responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Ongoing review, examination, and inspection of securities entities in or from within Belize.

• Registration and regulation of securities entities in/from Belize;

• Supervision and regulation of timely and relevant disclosure of information by securities entities in or from within Belize;
